Had a very good bargain today. Bought knee pads and elbow pads for cheap price. The guy from head office helped me was awesome. He gave lot of freebies too. Definitely recommend this place for scooter hunters. Great customer service.

I am very happy with service and purchase from Scooter Hut Cannington. Georgina was very helpful, listened to what sort of scooter I required and went through options. Georgina even spent 20 minutes outside the store coaching me on how to ride the scooter - so patient and encouraging. I am now confidently scooting around!

Big thankyou to Ben at Cannington store and Maddy at Balcatta store for being the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone is completely untrained and no one at either the Cannington or Balcatta store even know what they can and can’t do in store. Pull your finger out scooter hut and actually train your employees to know what they can and can’t do because I’ve just wasted an hour of my time with these foolish employees. I’ll never be returning to any of your stores or ever buying online again. Thanks for the absolute garbage service scooter hut Australia and especially Perth stores.
