we went there to look at electric scooters. the staff were very helpful and not pushy considering it's quite a fad item that they are selling quickly. website also has lots of info and prices are competitive with other online stores.

The most unhelpful after sales staff I’ve ever dealt with, two of them, one male one female, today at 12.15pm.Not prepared to think outside the box and try to solve a problem. Happy to take $600-700 for initial sale of product, but anything after that involves not just standing around in the shop, chatting, is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Thanks for nothing….

Scott built my son his custom scooter. He was super friendly and very helpful. He went out of his way to make the scooter as best as he could within budget. We will be back to see Scott for all our scooter needs in the future.

Extremely satisfied.I had a puncture on my Ninebot G30 that I tried to but was unable to repair on my own and needed a replacement, I had a look at tutorials online and it looked like a bigger job than I had anticipated so I shopped around for repair options.The nearest bike shop to me quoted me $100 labour and $55 for the part, I saw that I could get the part online for $35 and being a price conscious shopper I decided to shop around.I called Scooter Hut Balcatta and even though the poor lady on the phone was extremely busy (answering numerous calls at once) she was still extremely helpful and cheerful over the phone. I wish I could remember her name.She quoted me $50 labour and $25 for the parts! A total lower than the quoted labour price from my previous quote.She booked me in at the earliest available appointment and told me I could drop it in earlier if I wanted, which I did.The staff in store were helpful and professional and the best part was they were able to get the job done 2 days earlier than expected and I think I was only charged $70 in the end.Extremely happy with the service I got, I don't think I will go anywhere else.I have had bad experiences with AI ecosystems, I understand that they are busy but scooter hut showed that you can be busy and still be professional and kind.In the few days my scooter was in the shop I used more fuel in my car than the entire month prior. You are not only helping people, but you are helping the planet.Keep doing what you are doing Scooter Hut.

Horrified and offended..took a week to get a flat tyre fixed. I was never contacted dispite being told I would be. No apologies. Was spoken to very rudely on the phone. And when I had dropped it off I bought a carry pack. Asked them to fit it for me please. When my scooter was picked up the pack was slapped on facing the wrong way and not attached to the handle bars. I fitted it myself-photos provided.*AVOID SCOOTER HUT BALCATTA AT ALL COSTS*

asking for an appointment for a flat tire, the girl on the phone gives you a date when to bring it there but can't tell when you get it back... 'could take up to a week' she said. for a tire?!?! ask for the model, order the tire and then fix it on a specific date, it's not rocket science!

Just purchased my escooter today. How good is that...too easy..thanks guys for your time. The shop was busy.

Had my kaabo in for 3 months waiting for a rear controller. Got frustrated with no communications from shop and eventually took it back not repaired. I bought the faulty part online got it within a week fitted myself.. scooter still not working.. customer service very poor.. emailed my concerns no reply..

Staff were really helpful. Put item together and loaded into car. When it came to servicing and a repair, they were very quick. After purchase care is great.
